Start ORB Creator: Create and Apply Windows 7 Start Button Easily and Quickly

Recently we blogged about "Windows 7 Start Button Changer" which allows you to change default Start ORB with 3rd party ORBs. But you need ready-made ORBs to change the default one. What if you want to create your own ORBs?
Today we are sharing an excellent tool which allows you to create your own custom Start ORBs and also allows you to apply them.
"Start ORB Creator" is a portable utility created by "Blizo" @ DA which creates and applies your custom Start ORBs in Windows 7. You just need to select any image which you want to set as Start ORB and then you can add Shadow and Glow effects for Hover and Click events.
